Apply to the ripple points — behind the ears, on the wrists, elbow bends, the fossa at the base of the head, under the knees — as necessary. To increase the aromatherapy effect, when applied to the wrists, you can bring your palms to your nose and take a few deep breaths. The fragrance lasts up to several hours.
